WebSMART now uses your mySMCCD username and password to log in
If you have previously logged into Canvas, use the same credentials. If you don't know your username and password, visit how to login to WebSMART.Login Instructions
For Students:
- Login with your username 'jdoe' (without @my.smccd.edu) and mySMCCD Portal Password.
- If you are a new student and have not setup mySMCCD Portal Password, visit First time login tutorial page.
- If you are having trouble with logging in, visit mySMCCD Login Support page for more support contact information.
Faculty and Staff:
- Login with your email username 'doej' (without @smccd.edu) and email password.
- If you forget your password contact your dean or contact us at smccdaccountsupport@smccd.edu. You may also contact the ITS Help Desk or by submitting a Help Desk ticket at https://helpcenter.smccd.edu/requestform/.
The San Mateo County Community College District helps protect students' privacy and authenticates students' identity by requiring secure login and password whenever a student registers for classes, reviews his/her enrollment information, or logs in to any other secure SMCCCD site. The District will not share any SMCCCD student login and password information with anyone, and students are advised not to share any SMCCCD login and password information.
